← Silloa

Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel.

These pages describe accurately what Silloa collects and does today, so they are a useful starting point. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Do not rely on them, and do not launch publicly on them without review — tobacco, age-gating and consumption-data rules all bite here.

Consumer health data

Last updated 15 August 2026.

A log of what you smoked, how often, and how you felt about it can be read as information about your health. Several US states — Washington most strictly — treat data like this as its own category with its own rules. We would rather say plainly how we handle it than bury it in a general privacy page.

What could count

How we treat it

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to see this data, correct it, delete it, and withdraw consent for its processing. We intend to serve all of those through Settings.

Being straight about the current state: export and account-deletion screens exist as placeholders and are not built yet. Until they are, email us and a person will do it by hand — that is slower than it should be, and it is on the list.

Sharing that requires your say-so

If Silloa ever wants to use this category of data for something beyond running the features you are using — research panels, or anything a brand pays for — that will be a separate, explicit opt-in with plain language about who gets what. Not a pre-ticked box, and not a line buried in an update to this page.
