- Java is a collaboration between Jonathan Drew and Rocky Patel: Drew Estate makes it at its Estelí factory and Rocky Patel distributes it. Announced in 2004 and in shops by early 2005, it wraps coffee-and-mocha-infused Nicaraguan long-fillers in a dark maduro wrapper on the original blend, with Latte, Mint, and Red versions varying the wrapper and the sweetness. The profile is mellow to medium, and it remains one of the reference coffee-infused cigars.
- Wrapper: Dark Brazilian maduro (original); Latte, Mint and Red variants differ.
- Binder: Nicaraguan.
- Filler: Nicaraguan long-filler, coffee-infused.
- From Nicaragua.
