- Named for El Cerro, the Havana neighborhood where Cuban-born founder Reinier Lorenzo grew up, and first shown at the 2013 trade show as one of HVC's earliest releases. It is a Nicaraguan puro built entirely from Aganorsa Leaf tobacco — a Corojo '99 wrapper over Cuban-seed binder and fillers from Jalapa and Estelí — and is made at the Aganorsa-affiliated TABSA factory in Estelí. Today the line runs in Natural and Maduro versions.
- Wrapper: Nicaraguan Corojo '99 (Aganorsa).
- Binder: Nicaraguan (Aganorsa Cuban-seed).
- Filler: Nicaraguan (Jalapa and Estelí, Aganorsa Cuban-seed).
- From Nicaragua.
