- Olmec is Foundation's 2022 tribute to Mesoamerica's mother culture, dressed accordingly in Mexican San Andres — a maduro and a lighter claro shade over the same Nicaraguan core. AJ Fernandez rolls it in Nicaragua with Esteli and Jalapa fillers aged around three years before the table. The maduro is the fuller of the two; the claro trades some of that weight for polish.
