- Nick Melillo's value-priced homage to his home state's tobacco heritage, launched at the 2016 IPCPR trade show and named for the Charter Oak, Hartford's centuries-old symbol of Connecticut. Nicaraguan fillers from Estelí and Jalapa are rolled at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez in Estelí under a choice of two Connecticut wrappers — a silky Shade or a darker Broadleaf maduro, the leaf Melillo's grandfather smoked daily. A Habano-wrapped version joined the line in 2020.
- Wrapper: Connecticut Shade or Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro (Habano added 2020).
- Binder: Sumatra (Shade) or Nicaraguan Habano (Broadleaf).
- Filler: Nicaraguan (Estelí and Jalapa).
- From Nicaragua.
