- Shown at the 2013 IPCPR trade show and shipped that September, Flathead was CAO's first all-box-pressed line, styled after mid-century American hot rods down to boxes painted with real engine paint. A dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper covers a ligero-heavy Dominican and Nicaraguan core, and the vitolas carry engine names like Piston, Camshaft and Big Block. It is rolled at the STG Estelí factory in Nicaragua.
