- Casa Cuba was the last blend Carlos Fuente Sr. created before his death in 2016, released in 2013 as the family's first new brand since OpusX and the only Fuente whose band does not carry the family name. The aim was the taste of the era when Cuban leaf was legal: an Ecuadorian Havana wrapper over Cuban-seed Dominican binder and filler. It stays allocated and mostly brick-and-mortar; the Doble Cuatro placed No. 5 on Cigar Aficionado's Top 25 for 2021.
- Wrapper: Ecuadorian Havana.
- Binder: Cuban-seed Dominican.
- Filler: Cuban-seed Dominican.
- From Dominican Republic.
